Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) is a behavioural science that was developed in the 1970′s by Richard Bandler and John Grinder. They had claimed that NLP had theories, principles, practices, methods and techniques of three varied fields – linguistics, computer science and neurology.
NLP has often been defined as a “modeling excellence”. Modelling is the core activity in NLP and is the process of extricating and replicating the language structure and behavioural patterns of an individual who is excellent at a given activity.
