So, how do you wake up someone after hypnosis sessions?
You must know relevant hypnosis techniques to wake up someone from trance. So remember these rules and strictly adhere to the guidelines below.
In most cases, you need only to make sudden clap and your subject will wake up. You should say with an imperious tone: “Wake up, wake up. Wake up immediately.” You can also hit his hands several times and say the suggestion until your subject wakes up.
After waking a person, watch him few minutes to make sure that he does not sleep again.
Sometimes a person goes out of the trance himself, but it’s better if you wake him up. Before waking a person you should tell him impressively that after waking up, he will feel great. Repeat these suggestions several times.
Special Techniques For Those Who Are Difficult to Wake Up
You must use only words for subjects who are difficult to wake up. You should not use hypnotic ball or any other shiny objects for difficult subjects.
So here is what you should do:
Sit next to your subject (not touching him) and tell him that he must sleep. Repeat the suggestion above for a few minutes. Then say: “Now you will do all I say. As soon as I tell you that you must immediately wake up, you will wake up.” Then repeat the suggestion several times.
Follow this method and you can easily wake your subject.
What to Do If The Person Does Not Wake Up
If the person does not wake up, tell him firmly:
“I want you to wake up. When do you want to wake up? Will you wake up when I count to seven?” If he does not answer, repeat the same questions until he promises you that he will wake up as soon as you count to seven.
If you get that promise, tell him: “Done. I’m starting to count: 1 … 2 … 3 … 4 … 5 … 6 … 7” Saying word “Seven“, strongly hit his hands and shout: “Wake up! Enough to sleep! Wake up!”
If that does not work (extremely rare) say with an impressive tone that he should wake up, it is pointless to sleep longer and that you will not let him fool around and lie pretending that he can not wake up.
After saying this, ask him to promise you that he will immediately wake up. If he does not wake up, ask him if he wakes up or not in 5 or 10 minutes. Then leave the room. After that time return and ask him: “Time has passed, do you agree now to stand up?” Make him talk to you and respond you.
Tell him: “Everything is ready. Time to wake up. When I count to three, you will wake up and be quite cheerful.” Count to three, hit his hands and continue to provide relevant suggestions.
Do not rush the person and give him time to wake up. Newbie hypnotists often try to wake up their subjects fast which is not right. When a person sleeps, he can not react this command and overcome sleep all the times.
Never lose your confidence about being able to wake up your subject. If you become excited, nervous and confused, it will affect your subject accordingly and he will never be able to wake up. If a person notices disbelief in you, then it will be equally difficult to wake him up (and hypnotize obviously).
How To Prevent Your Subject From Sleeping Again
If the subject is going to sleep again, you should provide the following suggestion: “I’ll wake you up again now, but remember that this time you will be awake. You will stay awake…”
Repeat this suggestion several times with confident, decisive to… Then wake him up. If it is difficult for the person to wake up, allow him to stay in the room in a calm and cool position because nervous people may react to your own excitement and sleeping which will make it difficult to wake up.

Other Cool Hypnosis:

Hello!
Just wanted to give you one more advice:
It can happen, that somebody wakes up but still stays in sort of a light trance. You should relative quickly realize that ( the behaviour will be very sleppy, maybe they’ll shake, maybe they’ll cry, or they just keep starring at things, repeat suggestions or won’t be able to overcome suggestions. ). In that case it is extremely difficult to wake them up, because they will say they are awake and ok or they’ll have panic-attacks sometimes, which will make it difficult to put them back into trance.
Try everything to calm them down and convince them to go back into trance. Then make up suggestions ( such as written in the text ) in which you tell them that the next time they open their eyes, they’ll be compltely fine, feel great and will be completely with us/completely conscious! It is, indeed, quite difficult to deal with such a situation, but I hope I could help you and at least ensure that you’ll not be too surprised if it happens some day!
Greets,
T.C.
