In your hypnosis experience, you may need to enter the subject in a long trance. Long lasting trances are mainly used in a clinical hypnosis. Here is how it works.
First, you need to enter your subject in a deep trance. After being sure your subject is in a deep trance, make him suggestion that he sleeps hard and he will sleep too hard to wake up. If you want your subject not to become hungry or drink anything, then suggest him that he is ok with that (use your own words, but don’t use negative suggestion).
You should not enter someone in a long trance if you don’t know how to hypnotize people. It can be difficult to wake up your subject from long lasting trance. So newbie hypnotists can get excited during the process. This may make it more difficult to wake up the subject.
